I would say laptop is main cause for playback stutter.

Keep in mind that this was rendered on a PC before upload with less than ideal output setting so quality loss is evident. We are working on better quality videos so stand by for that.

This video was rendered at 5000kbps. It was also rendered on a PC, the platform still used by the majority of users out there. Hardly "less then ideal quality setting". It's presented as a typical video for file-sharing via web ie slightly compressed. Of course there will be better quality videos if you don't mind dealing with huge files and long render times.
