A quick tutorial to show you how to quickly raise a support ticket for your IT related problems. Instruction can be found below:
1. Open up your emails and create a new email
2. Send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Enter a subject for your IT related problem as well explain (try to include details such as model numbers, machine numbers etc...)
4. Click Send, the email will be automatically directed to the support team
1. Go to helpdesk.eastquayit.net/login.aspx
2. Sign in with your help desk log in details
3. Click the 'Tickets' tab and then click 'New Ticket'
4. Fill out the support ticket form, providing as much detail as possible
5. Click 'Create' the support ticket will be sent to the support team
