To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Audemars Piguet's iconic Royal Oak Formavision curated and designed a traveling experiential exhibition using design, photography, sound and film to showcase 100 exceptional timepieces and underscore the Manufacture's origins, mastery and artistry.
Developed and globally orchestrated in collaboration with MA3 Agency, this exhibition commenced its worldwide tour in New York in March 2012 at the Park Avenue Armory, and then traveled throughout the year to international landmarks such the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, the Palazzo della Triennale in Milan, the Arena in Geneva, the UCCA in Beijing and Singapore's abandoned railroad station Tanjong Pagar.
The exhibition reinterpreted the origins and modernity of Audemars Piguet through the innovative and contemporary perspective of artists Dan Holdsworth, Davide Quayola and Sebastien Leon Agneessens to immerse visitors deep in the Vallée de Joux, the birth place of Haute Horlogerie in Switzerland, and to tell the story of Audemars Piguet.
