360º is a biannual summer intensive workshop for advanced dancers. To conclude, participants perform alongside Cedar Lake company members in an installation at the Cedar Lake Theater.

"They are 32. They are young, driven and talented. Over three weeks, they had to confront their fears and weaknesses, while immersing themselves in the professional dance world of Cedar Lake. They had also to believe in the power of repetition, perseverance and humility. This evening is dedicated to them: Allison, Anthony, Claudia, Courtney, Deidre, Daphne, Einar, Emma, Evan Fisk, Evan Flood, Gwen, Jacob, Jenna, Karly, Katherine, Kellie, Lukasz, Madi, Maggie, Mason, Michael M., Michael S., Nate, Patrick, Shelby, Skylar, Spencer, Stephanie S., Stephanie T., Tara, Tessa, and Whitney."
