This is an interesting video, but Narconon is a Scientology front organization. Their program consists entirely of L Ron Hubbard's Purification Rundown which involves sauna and running and liver-damaging doses of niacin. It is not medically proven to do anything beneficial.

Narconon has nothing to do with Narcotics Anonymous, and is not generally considered to be an effective treatment for alcohol or drug addiction.
