Del Lienzo al Paladar took place on the 23rd and 24th of november 2012 in Mexico City searching to open up dialogue between gastronomy and art to achieve feedback and reflect on creativity.
The crew of Ateneo Cocina y Cultura restaurant created four dishes each dish inspired by the work of a mexican young artist. The dishes were served for two days during the 9th edition of Corredor Cultural Roma Condesa.
