An interactive video and audio installation.
Documentation of the piece.
Viewers are recording by a camera and microphone, secretly, when they enter the space. What they see when they enter the space is a projection which mixes the real-time footage of themselves in the space mixed with transparencies of other visitors who were there in the past.
The audio is a multi-layered mix of the sound of the space combined with snippets of previous visitor's audio.
All of this is controlled remotely and independently by sensors which are programmed to trigger the various recording, playback, and mixing elements.
All concept, programming and execution by myself.
Sensors generously provided by MISL research group at University College Cork
