This year's Holler Fest in Brooklyn, Michigan--its 7th consecutive year for the musical jamboree on Frog Holler Organic Farm--boasted the addition of a Poetry Open Mic on the highly renowned and revered Cabin Stage, which was kicked off by a half-hour reading from Michigan native, Craig A. Combs, author of the 2011 anthology, Taking Tea in the Black Rose: Singing Through the Shadows Until We're Dancing in the Light.
