CRACKING THE CITY is a research project about spatial outcome of subculture. It deals with phenomena of increasing informal creativity and innovative strategies in over-networked society. The process of “cracking” represents dynamic resistance to established urban hierarchy and patterns of behavior. An open-source diagram shows examples of “cracking” illuminating their nature, authors and urban context.
