My 2013 demo reel - showcasing my work in animation, lighting and rendering. The reel includes my student short film from Sheridan along with work produced while employed at CORE Digital Pictures, Gallus Entertainment and Soho VFX. Works was completed using Maya, Houdini

Demo Reel Breakdown:

Shot 1: Grimoire – My independent short film while studying at Sheridan. This shot showcases my skills in all facets of computer animation; modeling, texturing, animating, lighting, particles and compositing.

Shot 2,3: Matt Hatter Chronicles - Layout and character animation. Pilot show done at Gallus.

Shot 4: Beet Party - Layout, character animation. Team Lead at Soho VFX

Shot 5: Matt Hatter Chronicles - Layout and character animation

Shot 6,7: Beet Party - Layout, character animation.

Shot 8-10: Matt Hatter Chronicles - Layout and character animation work during the protagonist's transformation sequence.

Shot 11, 12: Waybuloo - Character animation. The latter zombie shot is naturally a gag that went unaired. Worked on while at Gallus.

Shot 13-15: Jack the Giant Slayer - Camera tracking combined with arrow, rope, hook and bridge animation from Soho VFX.

Shot 16: Beet Party - Layout, character animation.

Shot 17, 18: Matt Hatter Chronicles - Layout and character animation

Shot 19: The Spine - Rendered this complex shot using Houdini, this short film is from Canadian director Chris Landreth completed while at CORE.

Shot 20: Jack the Giant Slayer - Crowd animation. Built a library of pedestrian cycles and populated the castle grounds using maya with in-house tools while at Soho VFX.

Shot 21: Grimoire - The climax of my student film.
