Welcome back, today we look at IT band dysfunction and how it can affect BOTH hip and knee stabilization. We introduce myofascial release a technique to reduce tension and re-align muscles and connective tissue. Today we work on the Tensor Fasciae Latae (TFL) muscle which acts to create and maintain tension on the IT band.
