This is the first video to emerge from my university course (BA Hons Film and Video.) We had to document a space using only static shots and without music. I decided to film the ins and outs of a Western Power distribution van that belonged to a neighbour for its endless jungle of machinery. It's initially not known that we are looking into a van emphasising on the complexity of this machinery. Because the complicated stuff is tackled first the van can be eventually distinguished later in the film.

Sound effects and editing weren't regulated so I decided to use this to my advantage. The sound effects were recorded on location and then fattened up with various flanger effects from garageband. For editing I included colour correction, gamma and tracking text to give the film a contrasting cold look and also to show off.
