I watched the video because I found myself telling several agents this past week to remember they cannot control the buyer and the bank and the seller and take on all the guilt and responsibility. I asked how much time they spent on this one crashing deal that day and challenged them to spend the same amount of time calling people they haven't talked to in 30 days so they can get something positive happening.

This is the second video of yours that I have watched and I have to say, I am so nervous the whole time I am watching and I am really glad you have your sunglasses on so I don't completely freak out at your potential facial expressions when stopping at the stop light!

Great reminders, and adding just one new "habit" at a time is just fine. I hope that next time, I can respond with a video!

I love this and I do love you do it while driving...there will probably be a law against it someday, so be safe.
