The Jobyna's Bridal 40th Anniversary Parade
2 years ago
The first movie that I shot with the canon 7D. I didn't know anything about it, except what looked good on the screen. I did use my Letus rig to mount the camera and a lot of mon and tri pod shots. I did some handheld, Some of the footage was successful, but it is definitely not a handheld camera. I can now understand the jello effect much better, or better know as the rolling shutter. I would avoid any panning or fast moving unless I was trying to make something artistic. On this shoot, we also used the EX1 and the Glidecam V-20. On the Canon 7D, I used 24, 35, 50, and 135mm prime lenses all ranging from 1.4 to 2.0. Directed, shot, and edited by Moziko Wind. Additional shooters: Vladimir Kulakov, Craig Seidl, Alex Van Brande and a special, special thanks for our beloved assistant David Medill.

I'm debating on whether to get a Canon D7 or Sony PMW EX1.
Could you please post which scenes were the D7 and which were the EX1?
What lens did you use for the EX1? Thanks.
