This is such an excellent overview of the HG fundamentals - I have shared it with my Friends on Facebook, and have had several who have commented on it by email to me, and enquired about HG as a result. It is so simple, really, and so obvious - for me, learning about HG has been a series of 'lightbulb' moments when you go 'of course' ! I am using it in my counselling and therapy sessions and find the only downside is that its bad for business ! Clients get back to emotional good health so fast, they only need me for a very few sessions !

I went to a PTSD fast Trauma workshop and had the opportunity to use it in practice a few days later with a client with PTSD as the result of exposure to trauma in 3 war zones.This was a complex dual-diagnosis case Alcoholism and PTSD and nothing had worked for the past 15 years.I followed the training and it worked, the client is now getting on with some education he has stopped drinking and can talk about his military career without showing distress.Nightmares and flashbacks have stopped,this has been achieved in one session of guided imagery.
