Employee with huge Billy Goat leaf vacuum in downtown Portland, OR. This guy BLASTS NOISE all around the US Bancorp building most of the day. It's an EPIC WASTE OF ENERGY and a mass of noise pollution!!
Completely ridiculous.
He's chasing around individual leaves...and even though there are trees here, this is a very urban area and there actually aren't many leaves in downtown. He would be 10x more effective to walk around with a broom or rake.
