    How did you fix the cam on the scooter?

    I mounted the camera on a folded tripod, the tripod was placed horizontally on the paddle, so the camera sticks out from the right and was close to the ground.

    It's a bumpy road.

    did you use vegas to speed this up also? or another program. adobe after effects works good as well.

    It's speeded up in vegas by 400%. I also added radial blur around the frame.
