it would be great if you expanded this video to include how businesses are using twitter to promote and market brands...or maybe just make a twitter part 2 which could include how people use twitter to not just communicate what they're doing, but post links to articles they are reading, pictures, as well as some of the nuances of twitter such as rt (retweeting), direct reply etc.
