Jotie & Lucas’ modern Indian wedding was the party of the year, hands down.
The team and I really strive to do something different with our wedding videography. We aim to create something that’s fun and memorable, a short film that you just can’t get enough of because it reminds you of what a great day you had.
Following what was one busy September of wedding after wedding in and around Vancouver, I was both relieved and excited to work with Jotie & Lucas. Both photography and videography teams were present to document the happy occasion, from the morning preparations straight through to the first look, ceremony, reception, and epic dance party. As with any wedding I’ve encountered and have been able to be a part of, emotions saturate every moment of this day – it’s an important one after all. Although the team and I are there to capture what unfolds and to be as unobtrusive as possible, we also know that when we are seen and noticed, it’s our job to help people feel at ease with us. It’s always a great feeling when you become “part of the family” or great friends with your clients and their family, even if just for a day. It’s a privilege, really.
You’ll want to watch straight through to the end! I can’t get over how many finger guns are in this.
