Using BioPython from Resolver One
Resolver One is built on IronPython. In the past, this has had a limitation, in that our users cannot use regular Python libraries which include compiled C-extensions. However, using our new open-source project 'IronClad', Resolver One can now seamlessly import and use an increasing number of such CPython libraries, such as NumPy and SciPy.
This video demonstrates the use of another powerful library, BioPython, from within a Resolver One spreadsheet, to perform comparisons of the molecular shapes of various proteins.
