When "Roar" was released, it quickly became the anthem of Norman High. The song's sense of spirit, pride, and success is present through all aspects of our school. However, nobody could represent those qualities better than one student: Jacob Pyle. Although he has lived his life with Type II Spinal Muscular Atrophy, he has an exceptionally positive outlook on life. Jake has overcome numerous obstacles and outlived his doctors' predictions. He is a true fighter. With Jake's inspirational attitude and an overwhelming sense of school spirit, it's always a great day to be a Norman High Tiger.
