This was shot on the Canon 5D except the low angel shot of the boots kicking the leaves that was shot on 7D at 60FS.
Lenses used were:
Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM
Canon EF 50mm F/1.8
Most of it was shot on the 17-40mm lens. We used a Steadicam Pilot and a few hand held shots. Converted it to ProRes and then cut and color corrected in FCP.

I used FCP to do my color grading. To achieve the look in this video I pushed my whites and mid tones and crushed my blacks half that amount. Ofcourse this is the general idea and you have to treat each shot individually.
I also like to add a bit of oppoiste colors to my mid tones and my blacks. For example in this case I added a bit or orange/yellow to my mid tones and a bit of blue/green to my blacks. I find this gives it a nice color contrast as apposed to a dark/bright contrast.
