1967 Gretsch Viking with Tuning Fork Bridge Gold Bigsby and Original Hardshelll Case

What a beauty. 1967 Gretsch Viking with virtually no binding rot and has the original Gold Hardware to include the elusive Tuning Bar Bridge System. The only thing we have done to this guitar besides set it up with awesome playing low action, is to add some new muting material on the original mute system. Other wise completely original, including the Gretsch Deluxe Gray Hardshell Case. Most players abandoned the Tuning Bar Bride system because it was not user friendly. They threw the tuning fork away and then moved the bridge over the tuning fork hole to intonate. Chet Adkins used several of these unique system guitars and loved them. The Tuning Fork floated in the hole and adds extra harmonics. This is a very cool instrument, was shocked at the appearance when I first saw it....Just Beautiful. Lots of Vintage Guitars for Sale ,,,,But Be the first to grab this magnificent Gretsch Viking Guitar.
