Bentham's journey has been a long one. A year of twist and turns, zigs and zags. He was a suspected bait dog, brought to Long Way Home for rehabilitation. After a few months with the rescue, he was adopted out to a wonderful home, but returned several months later. The rescue was full and had no available fosters, so he had to go to boarding at a wonderful and gracious sanctuary nearby. Unfortunately, a few months later, a home on the property caught fire. Some animals were sadly lost in the fire, but Bentham survived with just smoke irritation to his eyes, so now he is boarding at our clinic. He is so happy to be back with us, and is ready for his happy ending and his forever home. His bad luck has to end sometime, right??
