no, it´s shoot in 50i, i have the PAL version and only can shoot in 50i or 25p.
for editing i used premiere pro and for colorgrading the plugin "magic bullet looks". great tool for easy colorgrading with preview and lots of presets with good results.

i think for interview/documentary stuff you need:
good tripod (with fluid head)
shootgun mic (i have the rode videomic)
and maybe the 35mm adapter, but you have to look is everythink is in focus, more work than with Automode.

It appears (this just may be my eyes) that the video appears to blur onto itself when you go into the fast-motion cuts. Have you done this with any post processing or did it simply come out like this naturally?
there is a new function, premiere now blends the frames if you do time lapse.
so with older versions you may not get this effect.
