Advertising and marketing agency Iris send one of their most trusted employees undercover with a group of new recruits as they compete to win a job as the next account executive. To get to the bottom of what makes them tick, Iris's double agent lives and works with them to find the best person to employ. They work on briefs and pitches for big name brands, culminating in a stunt at London's Waterloo station. One candidate will win the job of a lifetime, but all four will get the shock of their lives.
