Shelli Johnson, 41, of Lander, WY, has lost 24 pounds and 12.5% of body fat in the last eight months. She has taken an aggressive approach to improving her health. She hired a personal trainer, does high intensity conditioning 4-5 times a week, and has made significant changes and improvements to her diet. She limits her caloric intake to 10% of her body weight and has cut out all non-healthy foods, and even some healthy foods that are high in calories. Here she shares some tips based on what helps her stay committed.
