This video describes the work of Community Action Network (CAN) in Ann Arbor, MI. CAN is a non profit organization that manages two low income housing complexes, Hikone and Green-Baxter Court. CAN also runs programs for kids and adults in two other community centers, Bryant and Northside, located in under resourced neighborhoods in Ann Arbor.
