This is the very well known german artist Alva Noto (Carsten Nicolai) performing a piece called "xerrox" at the Transmediale 08 which took place in Berlin in february 2008.
I have never seen him play live before and I was very impressed with how he his handling his sounds and how he is playing with the room.
