400 g flour
2 eggs
100 gr sugar
2 or 3 tbs Moretti Extra Vergin Olive Oil
2 tbs Moretti Grappa
 150 gr raisins
Baking powder
Ready in 35 min
Prep Time 25 min
Cook Time 15 min at 180º

Tasty and Healthy

Flour….eggs…fork. Add the sugar, baking powder, E.V.O.O., raisins and grappa. The grappa softens the dough and makes the tozzetti better! Roll the dough into long, round lengths.
When the oven is ready put the lengths in for 20 mins. After 20 mins the tozzetti are cooked and ready to cut.
