I am a Chinese and as a child, I was told eating shark's fin, abalone and bird's nest is a long tradition originated from Chinese culture where emperors are served sumptous dish like such, where grassroot were merely a chance to grab a bite. I never agree and compromise on this matter. There are many alternatives on our comsumption. A simple art in gastronomy: eat with your heart or else 'YOU ARE EATING YOUR HEART'.

    Great stupid consumer.
or stop eating shark fin, or mercury kill them.
The second thing would be not a big problem for the planet!

Thank you for making this film, it's the best single example that I can provide to show the impact that the simple act of ordering a cup of soup has in perpetuating such a reprehensible trade. I'm Chinese, btw, and I deplore shark finning in all forms!
