Advice: 1) Focus on stabilizing compressing leg against the boat and water-bed underneath the hull. Fix top hand in line to help compress the heal down on the catch. 2) In this video we can see you are counterbalancing by letting your arms swing across the body as the weight in the boat moves away from the stroke. Using support of the top hand to help compress the down leg will eliminate the need to swing out. Fix the arms with your suspension system (Imre's #1 & 2 Domes) and then once fixed hold the compression as you swing the boat forward long the solid water (Imre's #4 and 5 Domes).
