I had a super great teacher almost twenty years ago. When it was someone's birhtday, each of us (in the class) were doing a birthday drawing for the one having his/her birthday. Then she was puting them all together and we could take that "drawings album"/present home. I looked in my "souvenir box" yesterday and here is mine.

Art by little kids is always interesting. Like why do they always draw a person's eyes at the very top of their head. I guess we see things differently when were younger.

I do tend to make up words, but this is a real word.

I change of place not long time after. It makes a while but I'm still in touch with my teacher and with the boy who drew the first page who is trying to live (maybe now is living) from his drawings.

Ahahah, I haven't kept contact with them. Until a couple of years ago, I was still in contact with a friend and my parents are still friends with the teacher.

: ))) I can't recognise any of these names being one of my pupils! [and I believe I am too young a teacher to have ex-pupils that grown up :P

But here I am anyway happy just thinking...Somewhere somehow a grown up child opens a souvenir box to finds joyful memories of the year he spent learning with a whole bunch of friends.

I just had Sunday lunch with another happy teacher, thinking we definitely had to come back to more memories building...End of the year / Festival Singing together, Mini Theater 'Collier de nouilles' like Exhibitions. School at its best :)
