London – HOLITION, experts in advanced 3D digital retail experiences, has partnered with Assembly Studios, a provider of quality design and digital solutions, to create a unique and virtual tour of the brand new 11 storey office building in Moscow known as iCUBE. The property is located in the prestigious south-west district of Moscow with panoramic views over the city.
This is the first time O1 Properties, one of the largest owners and managers of a portfolio of high quality office properties in Moscow, has introduced augmented reality to the Expo Real show. Visitors to the exhibition stand will be able to point an iPad at three specially built plinths triggering a series of 3D volumetric representations showing the building and its environs coming to life through a specially designed app using groundbreaking augmented reality technology. The user will be able to view the building in 360 degrees and look through the office windows to see at close quarters the internal airy spacious interior incorporating 19,000 m2 of top quality office space; another 3D app will highlight iCube’s key features including its perfect setting close to main routes with panoramic views over the city; the third will show other 01 Properties developments in and around Moscow.
