urbanhonking.com is a collection of bloggers. It's mostly Portland-based, but there are a few exceptions. They have frequent events posted to their "Super Cal" calendar, and anyone can show up to have some fun. I've glommed on to them because I'm too lazy to build a group of friends the old-fashioned way. Plus, they're all really cool and friendly people. Yay Internet!
