ElectroThermal Gun, uses a 1200V 28,8Kj capacitor bank to convert aluminium-powder into plasma to propel the projectile.
Measuring the muzzle velocity with a Ballistic Pendulum.
The pendulum weights 4500g and the projectile 90g.
