I really like Eike and his Hort, the way they understand design and how they work is really inspiring and good.
BUT:
He don´t want to work for weapon companys, but who really wants that? I don´t, and I think any graphic designer with a bit of moral wouldn´t. But why do they work for Nike? I understand that its a great chance because they pay good and everything... companys like Nike buy design from agencys like Hort so the coolnes stains to their brand. Thats ok, its the way it goes. But the whole concept behind the brand is to consume, consume, consume. What ethic is that?

Really enjoyable watch that.
