Basters in the Pipes

This child has figured out that she can plug the pipes with the basters. By plugging the pipes water accumulates in the trays above the holes in the pipes. When she squeezes the bulbs of the basters, she is able to push air---in the form of bubbles---at water back out of the holes in the pipe.
