Saidah Baba Talibah opening for Little Dragon at Wrongbar in Toronto on November 18th, 2009.
Saidah is the daughter of Salome Bey, which also makes her Andy Bey's niece. So the musical roots are deep.
Her band's lineup is wild: tuba, cello, drums, electric guitar and some loop pedals. The result is a funk/soul/rock gumbo.
