The Wind Portal is a dramatic gateway constructed from 5,000 paper windmills turning in the breeze. Created by Lebanese designer, Najla El Zein, specifically for the V&A, this walk-through installation creates a playful airway, drawing wind and light into the galleries beyond. In this short film the designer talks us through the production and concept of the installation.
The Wind Portal will be on display from 14 September - 3 November 2013 at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
