quite pretty and I love the music.

What city?... oh wait says london in the tags.
  • matthew carrozo 2 years ago
thanks alex, trying to clear the final cut project folder of interesting shots.

the music's by Matmos, the same peeps i used for my other vid "302a", called "For Felix (And All The Rats)".

i think i might shuffle into narration sooner rather than later after seeing your great flick earlier :)

The buildings and the clouds were beautiful. Pretty good for some left over shots.
  • matthew carrozo 2 years ago
i think on their own or used elsewhere they'd stand out too much. good for a montage to sweep em all up tho :)

    thanks.

    impressing images
try not to slow mo in 24p :) it messes up the whole thing
    use 60i for slow mo

i know what ur sayin, i hadnt planned on doing it, but i think it can look decent that way; i like the blurriness sometimes :)

I like it, it diferent and the music you chose seem to go well with it. Are you use a program add-on to syc the music with the video cuts ??
  • matthew carrozo 2 years ago
nah, i import the track i want to use to the timeline of final cut pro, lock it in place, and start from there with shots i've probably already dragged on to the timeline to work with.

I love the shot of the old building reflected in the glass.
  • matthew carrozo 2 years ago
yeah, i purposefully held that shot and used the woman and the motorcyle as an "excuse" to keep it going that long!
  •
  • oh matthew sorry it took me a bit to check this out since you shared it.

So when are you hopping on your flying dinosaur and flying over here to make films with me?

    Eh?

I'll try to put a tennis ball in my mouth too if it will make you come faster.

    but if you didn't know

    int that first shot...

i'm standing in the building watching you film.

and giggling a little bit. haha
  • matthew carrozo 2 years ago
"I'll try to put a tennis ball in my mouth too if it will make you come faster" is a phrase i wish i didn't hear.

    haha.

    watching me?!

    "we're being hunted"
  • oh my god.

    You know what i meant.

    "Arrive"

    Come means to go... "ARRIVE!!!!"

Matthew, you made it dirty. haha.

    I had a gun too...

    haha jk
  • matthew carrozo 2 years ago
"excuse me, i've just arrived in my pants"

canon hv20 and some hawt 3-way color correction in FCP. (over saturated, high darks, low lights, more blue and less blue depending on whether the sky was in the shot).
  • Scott Baronial 2 years ago
