Norbert Niederkofler's restaurant 'St.Hubertus' inside the hotel 'Rosa Alpina' is a logical consequence of South Tyrolean prevailing regional culture.

After many years of experiencing other countries, the mountains of South Tyrol have called back this passionate chef twenty years ago. He has established himself within this alembic mediterranean vitality and has made a very special place.
