First time shooting with the HVX - I liked it. The color has a bit richer quality than my xh a1 - being that it has a 4-2-2 sampling rate. But, I prefer the A1 for resolution, lens and focal length.

    Nice job, Todd! There's some really nice rack focus shots in there, and the color correction is well thought-out.

    Ony constructive criticism I would have would be the shot at 1:30, the viewer's eye goes right to the toilet because it's so bright, and you miss the Bible laying there. Maybe you can bring down the brightness on the inside of that bowl so it's no so distracting.

    Anyway, really nice job!!

    Gotcha. yeah, I had to jack up the gain level in post to reveal his face. We should have put some more light on his face and the Bible. Very good point you make indeed, I think I should fix this as well.

    Thanks Erick. I typically use Canon, only because it is what I am used to. This is my buddys' camera and lens adapter. I just got the Canon 7D, which shoots amazing video.
