Taylor is a Scottish Terrier mix who was recently diagnosed with luxating patella on both of her back legs. With this condition, the knee cap temporarily floats away from its socket, then floats back in. This results in the random hops you see in the video. To counteract this condition and to avoid arthritis in the near future, Taylor is taking a glucosamine and chondroitin wafer twice a day and will start a once-a-month acupuncture routine in November, 2013.
