The work of Porini supported by ABN and GAIA, plus Siemenpuu Foundation has been instrumental in building community self confidence in environmental management! It is about the same struggles- land, people, cultures, heritage and the cripling role of governmental institutions!

The video introduces us to the Mau Mau (Kenya Independence Freedom Fighters) parliament and their armoury. It then takes us to the AFRIPAD Community Peace Museum before closing with the Karima community where Mzee Kariuku narrates the historical dimension of politics, people and environment.
