Howard Lotsof, the ex-heroin junky who discovered the addiction interupting properties of Ibogaine, is presented the Robert C. Randal Award for Excellent in the Field of Citizen Action at the 2009 Drug Policy Alliance Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for his continued work with Ibogaine.
