This week’s 16x9 with Chief Correspondent Carolyn Jarvis focuses on the stories of three ordinary people who did extraordinary things in three different wars. This commemorative remembrance day special tells the historic tales of a 90 year old woman who risked her life to save others in the Second World War, a man who spent 42 years behind bars in a prison in Stalinist Russia during the Cold War and the Canadian lieutenant who was charged with leading a group of 28 Canadian soldiers to safety, against all odds, during the Korean War.
