Charle Pierce from Coastal Cruisers Bicycle Club put together a fabulous ride for Phil, Paul G., Paul J. and myself. Gary and Dick from the Coastal Cruisers also joined us. We headed out along the Venetian Trail next to the intracoastal and then south to Manasota Key. The loop then turned north. Following the Gulf on our left we made our way to Sharky's for lunch, a popular restaurant on the beach next to the Venice Fishing Pier. Beautiful weather with temps. in the high 70's was the order of the day.
