In follow up to Joyce, Nana Vasconcelos and Maurico Maestro’s 1976 lost classic ‘Vision’s of Dawn’ (which caught the imagination of the world’s press and crossed over to become a cult record with beautiful ease) comes 'Upside Down'. Nana and Mauricio reconnect with beautifully simple folk and string-led samba tracks. Vasconcelos is the master of percussion, finding his way around an endless concoction of weird and wonderful instrumentation, which melts in to Maestro’s darting acoustic guitar and floaty vocals.
