Incredibly cool. I've recently become a Django convert, but Hobo might be enough to warrant a switch or at least some dabbling in RoR/Hobo.

This is a great screencast. The content-replace bit at 12:42 doesn't seem to work though. I can't see a div called content in the html source so maybe that's why? Not sure how to change the generated div ids to give one the name of content.

Scratch that, it was a typo - it's content colon space replace in the opening tag. Wondering where "content" identifier comes from.. is it a special dryml term? or is it reading it from the class of the div within in the page?

I think the fact that you declare your model attributes inside the model and have automatic migrations is the way to go. I don't understand why this is not part of Rails standard. Besides being a huge time saver, and avoiding you having to fiddle with migrations, the declaration of those attributes has to live somewhere, right? The Rails designers might insist it must live outside of Rails (because ActiveRecord after all automatically wraps the tables for you), but I maintain that those declarations are an essential part of your application.

I am now working through the hobo tutorials after watching this video.
    Two questions:

    a) What happened to the "new" link for adverts when the index page was deleted? Is there any way to add a new advert in the final version?

b)The current version of hobo seems to insert model name in the heading before the "name" field. For instance it would say "Advert Picture of Kittens" none of the tutorials seem to reflect or address this.

    great work on hobo!
